My name is Kira Gillooly and this is my blog for CD 469: Policy and Advocacy. I am currently a senior at Humboldt State University majoring in Child Development with a minor in American Sign Language. After graduation I plan to return to Oakland and work with children in high risk areas in school settings.
I am a highly artistically motivated person, I love drawing and painting in my free time. I also am involved in the brewing industry, working in tap rooms and event staff. I would love to learn how to brew someday and be more involved in the industry.
